Dear Touchstone CDD Residents,
The safety, security, and enjoyment of the Touchstone CDD Clubhouse are top priorities for our community. To ensure continued and controlled access—particularly ahead of spring break and the summer season—the CDD will be conducting a mandatory access credential recertification/audit.
Residents must visit the clubhouse during one of the designated sessions listed below to recertify their access credentials.
Recertification Schedule
Morning Sessions (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM):
- Wednesday, February 19
- Thursday, February 20
- Friday, February 21
- Saturday, February 22
Evening Sessions (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM):
- Sunday, February 23
- Monday, February 24
Access Credential Options
Residents may choose one or both of the following access methods, subject to the limits below:
Physical FOB
- Households are limited to a maximum of two physical FOBs total.
Mobile Pass (Phone-Based Access)
- A mobile pass is an individual access credential, issued to a specific person.
- The mobile pass functions the same as a physical FOB but is stored securely on the individual’s mobile phone.
- Mobile pass credentials are issued directly by administration staff during recertification.
- Each person must be present to receive their own mobile pass credentials.
Recertification Requirements
Homeowners
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- All physical FOBs associated with the household
Renters
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- A printed copy of the current rental agreement (required for official records)
- All physical FOBs associated with the household
- Copies cannot be made on-site
Failure to bring the required documentation will result in a delay of recertification.
Any access credentials FOBs not recertified by end of February, 2026, will be deactivated.
Fees
- There is no cost for required recertification.
- Additional physical FOBs (up to the household maximum of two) may be purchased for $25.00 each.
- Payment must be made by check or money order payable to Touchstone CDD. Cash will not be accepted.
